Lost or Damaged Baggage

In case of lost or damaged baggage claim, please visit immediately Lost and Found office at the destination airport and file the report with the agent.

Ticket
Reservations

In case of lost or damaged baggage claim, please visit immediately Lost and Found office at the destination airport and file the report with the agent.

For change or cancellation of your flight booking, you need to contact the travel agent or web portal where you booked your ticket.

GP Aviation does not process passenger bookings and can not assist with your booking or change of your tickets.

 

Your compensation claims, in case of delays and irregularities, will be promptly reviewed and answered by our Service Center team.

Before your trip

let’s make sure all is in order …
Check-In
It is recommended to the passengers, to report at least three hours prior to the planned flights of GP-AVIATION in order to finish the check in, since the counters close 40 minutes before the departure.
Travel documentation
The Passenger is personally responsible, to carry valid identification papers with him, that are in accordance with the regulations of Prishtina Ticket also the respective destination. Fines, Punitive damage, Payments ore Expenditures of any kind that result from not complying with these regulations have to be paid by the Passenger himself. In order to ensure the secure compliance of these regulations, GP-AVIATION recommends, that during all flights a Valid Passport (and a valid Visa) should be carried at all times.
Babies & Escort
When Children travel without escort, the so called „Unaccompanied Minors (UM)“ International regulations are valid, so that the junior flight guest can reach their destination safely. Prepare together with your Child, Children, for such a special trip. Hint: An Online-Booking for unaccompanied Minors is not possible
HolidayCenter defines unaccompanied children as follows:
  • Children between 5 and 11 Years; without escort from 15 years old
  • Children between 3 and 5 Years; with escort between 12 and 15 Years
With the will of the parents Children between 12 and 18 Years old can also be escorted in their trip. Prepare all the needed Travel documentation.
Handicapped Persons
At the Airport or on Board – Prishtina Ticket supports Handicapped People with services and aid rendered according to situations on spot. At the Zürich and Prishtina Airport Personnel with special training takes care of Passengers with Special needs (Handicapped). In most Airports we offer free wheelchairs and transportation vehicles, with Accompanying Personnel for Departure and Arrival. In our Airplanes the armresters can be removed. For Passengers with Wheel Chairs we recommend that they show up at the Check-In counter 120 minutes before the Flight.

Free Luggage
The Allowed limit for free luggage for each passenger is 20 kg. Children are also allowed this amount of luggage. We recommend not to turn in single luggage that is more than 32 kg weight.

 

Excess Baggage
Haulage of luggage that outruns the allowed framework of limits for free luggage is charged.

Hand Luggage
For Security and Comfort Reasons only one Hand Luggage is allowed for one person on to the cabin. The Hand Luggage should have a maximum weight of 6kg (8 kg for laptops) and the sizes 55cm x 40 cm x 20 cm should not overexcited.

 

It is recommended, that Valuables, Medicine, Perishable foods ore breakable Items should be transported in Hand Luggage. Apart from that the Hints prescribed in the Booking confirmation are valid for the repudiation of liability.

Excess baggage Charges
The Allowed amount for maximum weight on your traveling luggage can also be found on your flight ticket. Exceeding these Limits is deemed as Overweight. In such case the tariff Structure requires a surcharge. It is adjusted according to the situation or at the Weight and Stock Concept.

Dangerous Goods
For Security purposes and According to the Laws of all Countries the following items are prohibited to be carried with the turned in Baggage and Hand Luggage:

  • Briefcases with included Alarm system
  • Explosive ordnance, Pyrotechnic Articles, Torches
  • Gas Containers, for example Irritant Gas, Pepper Spray, Camping Gas Heater
  • Containers with flammable Liquids, e.g. Lighter Fluid, Paint, Lacquer, cleaning Agent
  • easy flammable fabrics, e.g. matches
  • Substances, that create flammable Gases once in contact with water
  • Oxidizing Fabrics, e.g.  z. B. Bleacher, Peroxide
  • Poisonous (toxic) and und contagious Fabrics, e.g. Quicksilver, Bacteria- and viruses
  • Radioactive Materials and  Articles
  • Corrosive Fabrics, e.g.  Acids, Leaches, Wet Batteries
  • Strong Magnetic Materials
  • Tools and devices run with gasoline, that already had the smallest amount of gasoline in hem (e.g. for Testing)
