Report missing or damaged baggage
In case of lost or damaged baggage claim, please visit immediately Lost and Found office at the destination airport and file the report with the agent.
Afterwards, please fill the contact form below
with all necessary information:
Your name, address and mobile number where we can contact you
Flight number, date and routing of your flight
Attach the copy of the boarding pass and baggage tag
attach the PIR report (Property Irregularity Report) that you filled with the airport agent at your destination airport
