Småland
Småland is a picturesque region in southern Sweden, known for its lush forests, rolling hills, and numerous lakes. The landscape is dotted with small villages, many of which are built around ancient churches and fortified towns. The region is famous for its traditional woodcarvings, glassblowing, and textiles, and visitors can still see artisans at work in the many craft shops and museums.
Småland is also home to the iconic Kalmar Castle, a medieval fortress that dates back to the 12th century.
